From the Heart:

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Having a hard time writing this message.

This world has me frightened. Not the world itself, but the people in it. Each year they get worse, robbing and killing, abusive and it is not just one person against another, countries killing their citizens, large populous fighting back, other places people don't like what is happening, so fight and kill. People are saying "I come first" and believe it. Where will it end?

I can only pray that God will not allow this to continue. If he calls for help, I will answer, hope you will too.

Cornelia Irene Schulteis, 2012 An important occasion transpired the 15th of December 2012, Cornelia Irene Schulteis turned 101 years. It is my belief she is the oldest living member of the Schulteis Family. If you want to congratulate her, she can be reached at-

A Kachaelmeier second cousin living in Munich, Germany contacted me via email. He is the great-grandson of Maria Siegl. I had identified Maria marrying the wrong Kachelmaier brother, she actually married Johann Evangelist Kachelmeier, not Franz. His grandfather Franz Kachaelmeier, who died in WW II in April of 1945, married Margarethe Ring and they gave birth to two children, Franz Kachelmeier in 1930 and his mother Anna Margareta Kachelmeier in 1937. Family Heritage Book

Am happy to say that I have finally started creating the Ott Family Heritage Book, draft #1. At the present time, it will include 1,098 individuals, 200+ pictures, and estimating 225 pages. Am enjoying myself greatly as I never knew this side of my family. If anyone wishes to share information on or pictures of themselves, their family, their ancestors, this would be a boom and I am sure all family members will enjoy them.

To put this into perspective, the book will be composed of ten chapters. Chapter one will detail George and Margaret and Ulrich and Amalia Elisabeth. Chapters two thru ten will each detail one of their children: Barbara (Ott) Nuber 24 individuals, Margaret (Ott) Kick-Tremmel 64 individuals, Elisabeth (Ott) Kuchenreuther 107 individuals, George Michael 172 individuals, Mary (Ott) Schinner-Jensa 5 individuals, Vincent John 258 individuals, Anna (Ott) Goessner 14 individuals, Theresa (Ott) Henseler 455 individuals. Only four branches are reasonably current, Elisabeth, George, Vincent and Theresa. The other branches have only identified very early family members.
